Whether you are a yoga studio, a book club, a women’s group, a men’s group, an LGBTQIA group, a community organisation, or a wellbeing circle, if you run a group of people looking for something extra to learn, we’d love to help out.
We offer 3 free guest speaker talks on the issues and emotional challenges people face in life.
We come to you and deliver free talks lasting up to an hour. There is no cost, no commitment, and absolutely no sales pitch.
1. You get in touch: Drop us a line and tell us a little bit about your group, your members, and what you’re hoping to get out of the session.
2. We choose a date: Together, we’ll find a daytime, evening, or weekend slot that fits perfectly around your existing schedule.
3. We deliver the talk: We handle all the content and bring the warmth so you don’t have to worry about a thing. All we ask is that you set up the room and bring the audience; we’ll take care of the rest.
Who delivers the talks?

Cilla Hall is co-founder of Head, Heart & Soul, co-author of Rebecoming, and has been working with individuals and groups on emotional patterns and behavioural change for over a decade.
The Talks
Steve and Cilla, authors of Rebecoming, offer 3 free talks for clubs, community groups and networks. Each one gives your members a genuinely useful hour, real, down-to-earth, and never a sales pitch.
Talk 1: The 9 Blocks That Hold You Back In Life. Most of us are held back by the same hidden patterns, without ever realising they are there. This warm, eye-opening talk reveals the nine blocks that quietly keep people stuck.
Talk 2: Let Go Of Your Old Feelings. We all carry old hurts we never fully felt or released. This warm, honest talk explores why they stay stuck, and how it is possible to finally let them go.
Talk 3: Meet The Real You. Beneath the roles we play, the real you is still there. This uplifting talk is about clearing away what has buried it, and coming home to who you really are.
There is no cost to you, no hard sell to your members, and nothing for you to set up. We bring the talk, the warmth, and everything in between. You bring the people.
Daytimes, evenings, or weekends, we’ll fit around whatever works best for your group.
Will you try to sell to us during the session? No. We do not pitch, do not collect contact details on the day, and do not email your members afterwards. If individuals want to know more about our paid work after hearing us, we will tell them how to find it on our website.
What happens if someone in the room becomes upset? We are experienced facilitators, and we hold the room well. The sessions are deliberately not therapy, and we do not push people. If someone is visibly affected, we handle it quietly and follow up with you afterwards if helpful. We are professionally indemnity insured.
Are you therapists or counsellors? No, and we are explicit about that. Our work is practical guidance and group conversation, not clinical treatment. If anyone in the room needs clinical support, we will say so and signpost appropriately.
Stop Being Who Other People Need. Start Being Who You Are.
Each month, we take an ordinary part of life, money, love, self-care, the friendships that have drifted, and look at it honestly through your head, your heart and your soul. A bit of timeless wisdom in plain words, one gentle question to sit with, and no advice you’ve heard a hundred times. Because you’re not broken, you’re just disconnected from your true self.
Whenever we run an offer on our workshops, sessions, or retreats, you’ll find the details in this newsletter. It’s just our way of saying thank you for joining us.
