There’s a specific kind of rest that only becomes possible once the deeper work is done. It’s what happens when the heaviness has finally shifted, when you’ve stopped performing and no longer feel the need to manage anyone’s impression of you. It is the freedom to simply be yourself, in good company, without agenda or pressure.

Most retreats can’t offer this because they are naturally full of people still in the middle of their struggle. While that’s how the work gets done, it isn’t what this week is for. This retreat is built for the moment after. It is a genuine holiday for those who have completed the Rebecoming journey, in a setting designed for true rest.

The ease of this week depends on that shared history. There is a particular quality of connection when everyone in the room has made the same journey, the performances drop and the small talk falls away.

We’ll be there throughout, hosting shared meals and gentle gatherings, but there is no curriculum, no exercises, and no breakthroughs required. Everything on offer is optional, so when you really need to take time entirely to yourself, that is completely fine, too.

Seven nights of genuine rest, good food, and the celebration of being the real you. The rhythm of the week is yours to find, and we’d love to spend it with you.

Day 1: Arrive and Settle In

Once you have arrived, take your time getting comfortable. In the late afternoon, we will all gather for the first time to meet one another, go over housekeeping, and share everything you need to know for the days ahead.

Across the week, three gentle themes help shape the days:

Breathe: Slow mornings, meditation, and time by the pool. Walks through the grounds, a visit to the local village, optional gentle movement or a long nap. Whatever your body asks for is the right answer.

Love: Space for whatever feels good. Writing, drawing, reading by the water, and long lunch conversations that flow wherever they naturally need to go. An evening of good food and, if the mood takes us, some music and dancing.

Heal: The deepest rest of the week. Time alone, time outside, and the space to feel into who you are now. With nothing planned and nothing demanded, the quiet allows the real you to really take root.

All days are completely open. Whatever rest looks like for you each day is exactly what you should do.

About Steve and Cilla

Steve and Cilla are the co-founders of Head, Heart & Soul and the co-authors of Rebecoming. We will be there throughout the week for conversation, meals, and group activities. We will also know when to give you space. Mostly, we will be doing what everyone else is doing. Resting, walking, reading, talking, and enjoying being there.
