What it is

Our workshops and personal guidance sessions help you see what is truly happening beneath the surface. We guide you to identify the hidden patterns you’re caught in, the stories you’ve been telling yourself, and the heavy burdens you’ve been carrying that were never really yours in the first place. By bringing these to the surface, you can finally begin to let them go.

We use the Head step of our Head-to-Heart Healing method to help you get beneath the surface and see clearly. We guide you to identify and name exactly what is going on, bringing clarity to the patterns that have been holding you back.

You can see your patterns and understand your emotional wounds; you know your story inside out because you’ve intellectually unpicked it more times than you can count. Yet, despite all that understanding, you’re still carrying the weight of it and it’s starting to feel heavier, not lighter.

What it is

Our workshops and personal guidance sessions are built around the method we developed to help you move this out of your head and into your heart. While the mind can analyse and understand your story, the heart is where that story is finally released. This process is powered by our signature method, Head-to-Heart Healing, which serves as the centrepiece of everything we do.

Your Path Home

Who this is for

This is for when you realise there is deeper work to be done than just addressing a single pattern or healing a specific wound. It’s for when you can still sense that freer, more open version of yourself, the person you were before life became heavy, before the disappointments, and before the layers of coping began to stack up. Now, in your own time, you are ready to begin the journey back to the real you.

What it is

This is the deeper, longer journey of coming home to who you have always been. We help you peel back the layers that life has wrapped around you and release the weight of the past, allowing you to reconnect with the real you that has been waiting there all along.

You can choose to walk this path in depth during our four-day retreat. Alternatively, you can take a gentler approach over six months through a series of five workshops and six personal guidance sessions, with us by your side every step of the way.

What you’ll get from it

You’ll leave feeling lighter, freer, and more like yourself than you have in years. You will begin to engage with your life, your relationships, and your work from a place of wholeness rather than old conditioning, doing things not because you feel you must, but because you truly choose to.

We are Cilla Hall and Steve Roche the authors of Rebecoming and the creators of Head-to-Heart Healing. We’ve both done this work on ourselves, the uncomfortable, sometimes painful work of looking honestly at what we were carrying, and choosing to release it.
