There are three ways we do this, a workshop, personal sessions and a six-month programme. Each of them serves a slightly different need.

Make It Make Sense Workshop
Emotional Clarity
This one day workshop is for when you intuitively know that something isn’t right. You’ve sensed it for a while, but you just can’t quite name what it is. Maybe the traditional therapy you tried didn’t quite get to the root of it, and the self-help books and practices you turned to didn’t quite shift it either. Instead, despite all your hard work and deep self-awareness, the exact same frustrating patterns keep finding their way back into your life, no matter what you try.
Let us help you see what’s actually going on underneath the surface. The repetitive patterns, the stories you’ve been telling yourself, and the heavy things you’ve been carrying that were never yours to begin with. Using the head step of our Head-to-Heart Healing method, we help you do the deep work of uncovering the truth so you can clearly name, understand, and finally address what is holding you back.
Head-to-Heart Healing Sessions
Emotional Release
This is for when you can finally feel the sheer weight of everything you’ve been carrying, and you are simply ready to let it go. Even if you don’t have the perfect words for it yet, or can’t say exactly what that weight is, where it came from, or why it has stayed for so long, you just know deep down that something heavy is there, it has been there a very long time, and you are completely tired of it. That realisation alone is enough to begin; this work doesn’t ask that you arrive with all the answers, it just requires your readiness to finally feel what has been buried so it can finally shift and move out of your life.
Our three-hour personal guidance sessions are the centrepiece of our work and are built around our signature Head-to-Heart Healing method. This approach moves your emotions out of your head, where they are analysed and rationalised, and into your heart, where they can finally be processed and released. While the session is structured, it unfolds entirely at your own pace; if you arrive with clarity, we work directly with what you bring, but if you arrive feeling stuck, the method itself will gently surface exactly what needs to be met.


The Rebecoming Programme
Your Path Home
This is for when you sense you’ve been living from the surface for too long, operating from the self you built just to get through life. The one who copes, performs, manages, and learned long ago how to be acceptable and useful. While that protective layer has worked in its own way and gotten you to where you are today, it isn’t really you. Underneath it all, the deeper, authentic self you’ve been catching glimpses of lately still exists, untouched by the compromises and accumulated layers of the past. This work is for anyone ready to stop living from that exhausting surface and finally find their way back to who they truly are.
This is the deeper, longer journey of coming home to who you have always been underneath it all. Over the course of six months, you will walk this path with us guiding you every step of the way.
The programme includes twelve sessions in total, meeting once a fortnight:
Six Learning Sessions (Group): We will uncover and break down the nine core blocks that typically keep people trapped and stuck.
Six Head-to-Heart Healing Sessions (Individual): This is the space where the emotional weight you’ve been carrying for years actually gets processed and released.

Breathe, Love, Heal Retreat
Enjoy seven nights at a beautiful gîte in Madiran, southwest France. Designed specifically for those who have completed the Rebecoming journey, this intimate gathering offers a rare opportunity to rest and reconnect with yourself in the warmth of good company. With only nine places available, this retreat is held exclusively for those who have already walked this path with us.

We are Cilla Hall and Steve Roche the authors of Rebecoming and the creators of Head-to-Heart Healing. We’ve both done this work on ourselves, the uncomfortable, sometimes painful work of looking honestly at what we were carrying, and choosing to release it.
We are not therapists or counsellors. What we offer is something different: practical guidance and experiential learning, for people who feel stuck or heavy or disconnected from themselves, and who want to do something about it.
