The Rebecoming retreat IS right for you if:

  • You feel ordinary support is no longer enough, and you want to create a different kind of space. This is for when you are ready to pause the daily routine and dedicate real time to going beneath the surface.
  • You are new to this work, yet ready for the complete journey home, with the time and space to let it truly sink in.
  • You’ve already completed Make It Make Sense, and now you’re ready for the next step: to move through the full process of deep healing and reconnecting with who you truly are.
  • You’ve already experienced our Head-to-Heart Healing sessions, and now you’re ready to take that next step further to truly come home to yourself.

The Rebecoming retreat IS not right for you if:

  • You are currently in a mental health crisis. Please know that this isn’t the right environment for you right now. While this work is deeply supportive, it isn’t crisis care, and your safety has to come first. Please reach out to a medical professional or a dedicated crisis service before considering a retreat.

Not a better version. Not an improved version. The one who was already there underneath, before life asked you to be someone else. The one whose gifts flow rather than strain. Whose values feel like a compass rather than a debate.

You’ll feel lighter, freer, and more in charge of your own life than you have in years. The decisions you make are your decisions, taken for your own reasons, rather than shaped by what other people expect or need from you. You’ll live as the person you actually are, rather than the one you learned to be.

  • You’ll complete this 6-month programme feeling as if you’ve finally come home to yourself. This isn’t because every problem in your life is suddenly resolved, but because the heavy patterns you arrived with have truly shifted, and you’ve spent half a year remembering exactly who you are underneath it all.
  • You will feel lighter, clearer, and deeply anchored in your true self. You will carry away new tools, a profound understanding of your inner world, and a sustainable way of knowing yourself that endures.
  • You will have experienced six months of being fully present with yourself. This kind of sustained presence and self-connection creates a foundation for your everyday life that is worth more than most people realise, until they finally feel it for themselves.

Who Steve and Cilla Are:

Steve Roche and Cilla Hall are the co-founders of Head, Heart & Soul and the co-authors of Rebecoming, which outlines the method on which this work is built.

  • Steve was an original director of Kooth, the LSE-listed digital mental health provider.
  • Cilla brings a long background in guiding people through personal change and the emotional attunement this work depends on.

What sets them apart in this field is that they’ve walked the same ground themselves. The method is the work they’ve done on their own lives, refined over the years into what they now offer to others.
