Find Your Inner Strength & Balance Workshop

Saturday 19 September 2026. 10am to 6pm.
At: The Grange, Warwick Road, Ealing, W5 3XH

Designed to help you reclaim your boundaries, balance, and inner strength, this workshop shows you exactly where your energy is going and how to bring it back. You will gain practical, science-backed tools to raise your life force and balance your masculine and feminine energies, leaving you refreshed, centered, and ready to face whatever life brings your way.

This space is created for you if you recognise yourself in most of this:
  • In conflict, you either shut down completely or feel too triggered to think straight
  • You’re exhausted, but you can’t point to a single reason why.
  • You push through because you always have and because it works, which is precisely the problem.
  • There are one or two people you dread seeing, and you feel guilty just admitting it.
  • You’re the strong one for everyone else, but there’s nobody being strong for you.
  • You struggle to accept help without feeling like you’ve failed at something.
  • You say yes by default, putting everyone else first almost without noticing.

Finding Your Inner Strength

Where is your strength going, what’s draining it, and what has it been costing you to keep running on empty?

Together, we will trace where your inner strength goes, looking closely at the people, places, situations, and habits that deplete you. From there, we will shift into practical restoration: setting boundaries you can actually maintain, recognising your personal early warning signs before burnout hits, and discovering simple practices that genuinely raise your life force and rebuild your inner strength.

Restoring Your Balance

How to bring your whole self to life, instead of just leaning on the side that gets you through.

Inside each of us are two complementary ways of being. Some traditions call them yin and yang, and we often talk about them as Masculine and Feminine energy. Just to be clear, this has nothing to do with gender, sexuality, or your body. It’s simply about balance:

Your firm side (masculine energy): This is your focus, clarity, and confidence, the calm strength that helps you set firm boundaries and back yourself.

Your soft side (feminine energy): This is your warmth, intuition, creativity, and stillness, the gentle space that allows you to receive, rather than constantly giving out.

What You Will Take Away

You will learn to recognise the difference between when you are truly supported; waking up rested, thinking clearly, and feeling steady and when your body is quietly flagging; persistent brain fog or just feeling pulled thin. You will walk away with a grounded understanding of where your energy is going and how to bring it back

You will pinpoint exactly where you have fallen out of balance by looking at how your firm and soft sides are showing up right now. You will see where you’ve been forcing things out of a need for control, or holding back and losing yourself in the process, learning practical tools to catch these patterns in real time, rather than weeks down the line.

When the electricity in your house drops, the lights flicker and systems slow to a crawl. Your body works the exact same way. Running on low energy forces you to operate way below your normal capacity and because it drains so gradually, it always feels like the wall came out of nowhere.

A realistic way to handle the people who drain you:

When someone is difficult or demanding, our default instinct is to match their energy. We either harden up to protect ourselves or over-soothe to keep the peace, but both usually backfire. What actually works is bringing your firm and soft sides together: setting a clear boundary while staying calm and grounded. You will leave feeling capable, confident, and far better equipped to deal with the people who drain you.

Solid proof that this is rooted in real science:

None of this is abstract. Your nervous system controls whether you’re in fight-or-flight or genuinely settled, and your cellular biology dictates how much fuel you have in the tank. Because your body responds constantly to your habits, environment, and stress levels, restoring your balance isn’t a mystery. Small, intentional changes to how you live will directly shift how you feel.

PracticalITIES
This is reflective work, and it can be more tiring than you might expect. Eat well before you arrive. Bring a water bottle and keep sipping throughout the day/session. Wear something comfortable and bring a jumper or wrap, as even on a warm day, releasing emotions can often leave you feeling a bit chilly.
The day/session usually leaves people feeling lighter, with a clearer sense of what’s been weighing on them. Some leave thoughtful and quiet. Others leave with more energy than they came with. Both are normal.
In the evening, take it gently. You may find that your thoughts keep turning over what came up during the day, even after you’ve gone home. That’s the work continuing. Try not to pack the evening with too much. A walk, a quiet meal, an early night and maybe a few minutes with your notebook before you go to sleep.
