What Make It Make Sense Is
Make It Make Sense is guided self-examination. Not therapy. Not coaching. Not healing work.
It is run as either a one-day workshop or a private two-hour session that helps you understand what has been going on with you. Its purpose is clarity. You will not be asked to relive anything, fix anything, or change anything. You will be helped to see, clearly and honestly, what you have been carrying.
Because what most people don’t know is that your thoughts and feelings aren’t random and they aren’t signs that something is wrong with you. They are messengers, each one carrying information about your needs, your experiences, and the things that matter most to you
What you will gain
Regardless of whether you choose the workshop or the individual session, the process covers the same ground. You will start to understand your feelings rather than just experience them, because your emotions have been trying to tell you something.
You will begin to see the thoughts that have been running the show. We all carry stories about who we are, what we are worth, why things keep happening the way they do and what other people think of us. Most of us have never stopped to examine them. This helps you see them clearly. Not to judge them but to understand where they came from.
You will also start to make sense of the feelings that keep returning. The reactions that keep catching you off guard. The situations that keep playing out the same way. There is a pattern underneath all of it and you will begin to see what it is.
You will leave carrying less confusion. Not because everything is resolved, because it isn’t and this doesn’t pretend otherwise. But named things are lighter than unnamed things. Understood feelings are less overwhelming than feelings without explanation. When something makes sense the weight of it changes. It doesn’t disappear, but it becomes something you can actually work with rather than something that is just working on you.
What this is and isn’t
This is supported self-understanding. It is a guided session that helps you understand what your thoughts, feelings, and patterns have been trying to tell you.
It is not therapy and does not treat mental health conditions. It is not coaching and is not about goals, performance, or self-improvement. It is not the healing work itself – that is a separate step, available through Head-to-Heart Healing when and if you are ready.
Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed. You will not be asked to relive painful experiences. You leave understanding more than you did when you arrived and for many people, that is exactly what they need right now.
Some people come to Make It Make Sense once and find that the clarity they gain is what they needed. Others return when something new comes up, a difficult situation, a life event, a feeling they can’t shake. Because this is a place you can always come back to.
THE WORKSHOP
A guided day of supported self-examination with Steve and Cilla.
The day is honest, grounded, and real. You won’t be put on the spot and you will work at your own pace alongside a group of people who are here for exactly the same reason you are.
Through a combination of teaching, guided reflection, and practical exercises, Steve and Cilla take you through the Make It Make Sense session and are beside you throughout.
The group setting offers something a private session cannot. A quality of shared honesty and mutual recognition that many people find unexpectedly powerful. Hearing someone else name something you have been living with quietly for years has its own particular kind of relief.

A two-hour two-to-one session with both Steve and Cilla, focused entirely on you. Your specific situation. Your specific feelings. Your specific story. No group dynamic to navigate. No pace set by anyone else. Just a genuinely personal conversation about what is going on with you.
Steve and Cilla don’t arrive with an agenda. They arrive with the ability to hear what you are actually saying, including what is underneath what you are saying, and to help you see it more clearly than you have been able to on your own.

Cilla brings deep emotional attunement. She notices what isn’t being said, hears what is underneath the words, and creates the warmth and safety that allows truth to surface without force.
