You don’t need to study anything beforehand, arrive with your answers ready, or even know exactly what you want to focus on when we begin. Just bring yourself, and we’ll walk you through it, one gentle step at a time. It feels as natural as an honest conversation with a close friend, but with a kind of clarity that the people closest to you simply can’t offer, because they’re so often standing right inside the picture you’re trying to piece together.

How To Do This
THE WORKSHOP
Come and spend a day with us in the company of like-minded people. The day is designed to be honest and real, but you will never be put on the spot. You’ll simply work at your own pace alongside others who are here for the very same reasons you are.
On this day, you will learn our method, apply it directly to your own situation, and leave with the clarity of finally knowing what’s been going on, along with a clear sense of what the next step might look like for you.
There is a unique power in the group setting that many find unexpectedly liberating. Often, simply hearing someone else put words to a feeling you’ve been living with quietly for years brings its own profound sense of relief and release.

FACE-TO-FACE SESSIONS
Join us for a 2-hour session dedicated entirely to you. Whatever issue or challenge you choose to bring, we will guide you gently towards seeing your situation as it truly is. This is the Head step of our Head-to-Heart Healing method.
Why 2 Hours? A quick conversation rarely reaches what’s actually going on. Real clarity needs a little room to go deeper and breathe. The 2 hours give you the space to move past the surface story, helping you separate what is truly yours from what you’ve simply absorbed along the way. You will finally leave with an understanding of the root of the problem and exactly what your next step looks like.
What To Expect? This is gentle but honest work. You’ll be invited to look at things you may have been carrying quietly for a long time, and you’ll be held while you do. We create a space safe enough for you to be honest, and the personal attention of two of us allows you to see clearly in a way that going round in your own head never quite can.
Why Two People? Two people working together do something one person alone can’t. One of Steve’s strengths is that he sees the patterns, such as how things connect, why you react the way you do, and what’s actually going on underneath. One of Cilla’s strengths is her ability to notice what isn’t being said. She picks up on the things you might not know you’re feeling, and her warmth helps you say them when you’re ready.

Practical Things Worth Knowing
This is reflective work, and it can be more tiring than you might expect. Eat well before you arrive. Bring a water bottle and keep sipping throughout the day/session. Wear something comfortable and bring a jumper or wrap, as even on a warm day, the process of releasing emotions can often leave you feeling a bit chilly.
The day usually leaves people feeling lighter, with a clearer sense of what’s been weighing on them. Some leave thoughtful and quiet. Others leave with more energy than they came with. Both are normal.
In the evening, take it gently. You may find that your thoughts keep turning over what came up during the day, even after you’ve gone home. That’s the work continuing. Try not to pack the evening with too much. A walk, a quiet meal, an early night and maybe a few minutes with your notebook before you go to sleep.
