OUR NEXT BREAKFAST FOR THE SOUL

Everyone Needs Someone Who Really Listens

Launching on Sunday 6th September 2026, from 10am to 11am and on the first Sunday of every month thereafter.

FREE TO ATTEND

Are you the one everyone talks to? But when did someone last really listen to you? Together we’ll explore why being heard isn’t a luxury, what we’re really asking for when we say “I need to talk”, and what changes when someone truly listens.

There’s nothing to prepare, and no need to join in unless you want to. Just bring you.

What is Breakfast for the Soul?

What the hour feels like

It’s the exact kind of warm, honest conversation you’ve probably been quietly longing for and just haven’t been able to find anywhere else.

Each time, we focus on something most of us carry around but rarely talk about. We make sense of these things using wisdom. Sometimes there is a short, gentle practice to try (nothing complicated), and afterwards, you can ask questions, share your thoughts, or simply sit back and listen to others on a similar journey.

You are welcome to keep your camera on or off, and be as chatty or as quiet as you like. Both are completely perfect. There is no right way, so you can just show up as you are.

The approach we take to these sessions is the same as the one we use for our newsletter, podcast, and blog.

What we talk about

The themes change each time, so there’s never any catching up to do and no particular order to follow. Over the weeks, we have talked about topics like:

  • The quiet patterns that keep us feeling stuck
  • Why looking after yourself is never selfish, and what genuine care actually looks like
  • Making friends with the protective parts of you that have been working so hard to keep you safe
  • What it feels like to find your way home to who you really are.

Who attends

Some people are just curious about our work and want to get a taste of it before committing to a session or workshop. Others are looking for a nourishing way to spend their Sunday morning, seeking something a bit deeper than standard self-help. And many just come because they enjoy good company and honest conversation.

If that sounds like you, you’ll be in great company. You don’t need to have read our book, have any prior experience, or even know what you’re looking for. An hour of your time and an open mind is more than enough.

The Head, Heart & Soul Email Newsletter

Stop Being Who Other People Need. Start Being Who You Are.

Each month, we take an ordinary part of life, money, love, self-care, the friendships that have drifted, and look at it honestly through your head, your heart and your soul. A bit of timeless wisdom in plain words, one gentle question to sit with, and no advice you’ve heard a hundred times. Because you’re not broken, you’re just disconnected from your true self.

Whenever we run an offer on our workshops, sessions, or retreats, you’ll find the details in this newsletter. It’s just our way of saying thank you for joining us.
