When you’re tired in a way that sleep doesn’t fix, and you can’t work out why

If you swing between holding everything together and having nothing left, and you keep ending up depleted, then you’re in the right place.

Do you ever drive everything forward, keep it all under control, until there’s nothing left of you? Or spend so long putting everyone else first that you’ve lost track of what you actually want? Have you left a conversation completely wrung out, even though all you did was listen? Do certain people leave you heavy and flat, like they’ve taken something with them when they go?

We carry two distinct energies within us: a firmer masculine side that takes charge and gets things done, and a softer feminine side that feels, receives, and connects. When they fall out of balance, one side ends up running your entire life while the other goes quiet. That alone is exhausting.

On top of that, we’ve been conditioned to keep pushing through and giving to others, leaving us feeling guilty the moment we run out of steam. We constantly spend our energy without taking anything back in, and then wonder why we’re running on empty.

If you’re feeling the weight of this, please know that you are not too sensitive, and you are not failing to cope. You’ve just been carrying a heavy load without anyone ever showing you how to let it go.

What Is Find Your Balance?

Find Your Balance is a warm, guided day designed to help you understand yourself and learn how to protect your energy. The day is structured into two perfectly connected halves: the morning reveals how your masculine and feminine sides fall out of balance and exactly why that leaves you feeling so drained, while the afternoon focuses entirely on what you can do about it. This isn’t therapy or coaching, and it isn’t about toughening up or building walls, it’s about finding real, sustainable relief.

The Morning: The Two Sides Within You

The masculine and the feminine energies we carry have nothing to do with whether you’re a man or a woman. Every one of us holds both, and we need both.

  • The masculine is the firmer side with steady strength, clear direction, and firm boundaries
  • The feminine is the softer side with warmth, intuition, and the ability to receive and connect without losing yourself

The trouble starts when they’ve been wounded. A hurt firm side hardens into control, criticism and shutting down, and that’s the road to burnout. A hurt soft side slips into people-pleasing and giving yourself away, and that’s the road to depletion. Most of us carry some wounding in both, which is why we swing from one to the other without ever knowing why.

The morning session will help you understand which side has been running your life, which one went quiet to protect you, and how the masculine and feminine in you can come back into balance.

The Afternoon: What’s Draining You

In the afternoon, we look at your energy (your life force) and where it’s actually going. There’s usually far more draining you than you realise, including:

  • The people who leave you feeling empty.
  • The places and situations that flatten you or pull at you in the background.
  • The everyday habits that quietly leak your energy without you noticing.

Together, we will help you spot these hidden drains and show you the difference between a boundary that protects you and a wall that isolates you. By focusing on what genuinely builds your energy back up, you will leave the day with a clear picture of where you’ve been losing power and the practical tools to hold on to it.

Why this works

You don’t have to build these two sides; you just have to stop blocking them. The push and pull you feel isn’t a flaw. Your firm side and your soft side were knocked out of balance a long time ago, and most of it wasn’t your doing. You were handed a set of unspoken rules before you had any say in them: be strong and don’t feel; be good and don’t take up space. You heard them so often that living at one extreme came to feel normal.

But that guarded version of you was never who you really are. It was just a way you learned to protect yourself. Both sides are already within you. You don’t have to create them from scratch; you just have to clear what’s blocking them.

When those two sides come back into balance, everything changes. You can finally be strong without running yourself into the ground, and open without losing yourself. And that deep, heavy exhaustion that never seemed to have a clear cause? It finally lifts.
