The Rebecoming PROGRAMME IS right for you if:

  • You feel ordinary support is no longer enough. This is for when you are ready to pause the daily routine and dedicate real time to going beneath the surface of your life.
  • You are new to this work, yet ready for the complete journey home, with the time and space to let it truly sink in.
  • Maybe you’ve already done Make It Make Sense or experienced our Head-to-Heart Healing sessions, and now you feel ready to go all the way and come fully home to yourself.

The Rebecoming PROGRAMME IS not right for you if:

This isn’t the right fit if you’re in a mental health crisis right now. This work is deeply supportive, but it isn’t crisis care. Your safety has to come first, so please contact a medical professional or a dedicated crisis service before considering the programme.

This isn’t about becoming a better or improved version of yourself. It’s about uncovering the you who was already there beneath the surface, before life asked you to be someone else, the one who feels at home in their own skin and quietly knows what matters, without constantly having to think it through.

When you return to that place, you’ll feel lighter, freer, and more in charge of your own life than you have in years. The decisions you make will truly be yours, taken for your own genuine reasons, rather than shaped by what other people expect or need from you. You’ll finally live as the person you actually are, rather than the one you learned to be.

Revealing our layers isn’t something the mind can do on its own. The surface self was built over the years, one protective layer at a time, and it settles just as gradually. That’s the quiet power of six unhurried months. There’s time for understanding to become real release, time for each piece of work to settle before the next, and time for the person underneath to come forward at a pace that feels safe. This isn’t a sprint to a better you. It’s a slow, steady homecoming to the you that was always there.

Introducing Steve and Cilla

Steve Roche and Cilla Hall are the cofounders of Head, Heart & Soul and the coauthors of Rebecoming, the book that lays out the method on which this work is built.

Steve was an original director of Kooth, the LSE-listed digital mental health provider. One of his strengths is that he sees the patterns, such as how things connect, why you react the way you do, and what’s actually going on underneath.

Cilla brings a long background in guiding people through personal change. One of her strengths is her ability to notice what isn’t being said. She picks up on the things you might not know you’re feeling, and her warmth helps you say them when you’re ready.

What sets us apart in this field is that we have walked the same ground ourselves. The method is the work we have done on our own lives, refined over the years into what we now offer to others.

Want To Talk It Through First?

Practical Things Worth Knowing
This is reflective work, and it can be more tiring than you might expect. Eat well before you arrive for any session and bring a water bottle. Wear something comfortable and always bring a jumper or wrap to a session, as even on a warm day, the process of releasing emotions can often leave you feeling a bit chilly.
In the evenings after any session, take it gently. You may find that your thoughts keep turning over what came up, even after you’ve gone home. That’s the work continuing. Try not to pack the evening with too much. A walk, a quiet meal, an early night and maybe a few minutes with your notebook before you go to sleep.
