This is an hour for that quieter you.
Every other Sunday morning, a group of us gathers online for an honest, easy conversation about something that really matters. Make yourself a coffee or a tea, find a comfy place to sit knowing that for one whole hour, this time is entirely yours.
It’s free, it’s online, and there’s absolutely nothing to read beforehand or sign up for. Pop in once to see if it’s for you, or make it a regular ritual you look forward to every couple of weeks. Whichever you choose is perfect, and you’ll be just as welcome either way.
What the hour feels like
It’s the exact kind of warm, honest conversation you’ve probably been quietly longing for and just haven’t been able to find anywhere else.
Each time, we focus on something most of us carry around but rarely talk about. We make sense of these things by leaning on ancient wisdom, shared in simple, everyday words rather than anything heavy or academic. There is always a short, gentle practice to try (nothing complicated) and afterwards, you can ask questions, share your thoughts, or simply sit back and listen to others on a similar journey.
You are welcome to keep your camera on or off, and be as chatty or as quiet as you like. Both are completely perfect. There is no right way to be here; you just show up as you are.
It comes from the same place as our newsletter, our podcast, and our blog, bringing that same gentle attention to your head, your heart, and your soul. The lovely difference is that this time, we get to be together in the same room.
What we talk about
The themes change each time, so there’s never any catching up to do and no particular order to follow. Over the weeks, we talk about topics like:
