Steve, a pioneer in digital mental health services, and Cilla, a certified life coach specializing in emotional blocks, will guide you through a transformative experience.
Here, you can shed the daily noise and connect with your inner wisdom through meditation and self-discovery writing. This is followed by the powerful experience of uninterrupted sharing within the circle. Surrounded by supportive individuals on a similar path, you’ll gain fresh perspectives and discover the collective strength and wisdom that comes from being truly heard. We conclude with Ho’oponopono, an ancient Hawaiian healing practice, leaving you feeling empowered by your own voice, less alone, and deeply connected to yourself and others.
