What should I bring?
Just yourself and an open mind. We provide all materials. You may want to bring a notebook for personal reflections, though this isn’t essential as we will give you a free journal.

Do I need any prior experience with personal development or emotional healing work?
No. This workshop is designed for anyone ready to look within, whether you’re completely new to this kind of work or have years of experience.

I’ve tried therapy and it hasn’t worked. How is this different?
This isn’t therapy. Rather than analysing your past intellectually, Head-to-Heart Healing helps you actually feel and release emotional wounds that talking alone often can’t shift. Many people find this approach reaches places that traditional therapy hasn’t touched.

I’m not sure I have “emotional baggage” — is this still for me?
If you ever feel stuck, heavy, or like you’re not quite living your own life, that’s worth exploring. You don’t need to have experienced major trauma. Everyday hurts, disappointments, and unmet needs accumulate over time and affect us more than we realise.

I‘m quite private. Will I have to share personal details with the group?
You’re always in control of what you share. While there are opportunities to connect with others, you’ll never be put on the spot or pressured to disclose anything you’re not comfortable with.

What actually happens during the workshop?
The day is divided into four sessions, blending teaching, guided exercises, and personal reflection. You’ll learn how your protection system works, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and experience practical techniques for emotional release.

Will I have to do anything in front of the group?
No. The deeper personal work is done individually or in pairs, not in front of everyone. Group moments are about what has been learned.

What if emotions come up that feel overwhelming?
That can happen and is nothing to be afraid of. Steve and Cilla are experienced guides who create a safe, supportive space. You’ll never be pushed beyond what you’re ready for, and you’ll learn techniques to work with difficult emotions rather than be overwhelmed by them.

What will I leave with?
You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your own patterns, practical tools you can use for life, and genuine emotional shifts — not just ideas, but felt change. Many people describe feeling noticeably lighter.

Is one day really enough to make a difference?

We offer personal guidance sessions for those who want to go deeper, as well as a free monthly group session called The Inner Work Hour where you can continue your practice with others.

Can I bring a friend or partner?
Absolutely. Some people find it helpful to share this experience with someone close to them. You can also come alone — you’ll be in good company either way.
