Each module is available as a standalone session. All three together form the complete Breathe, Love, Heal™ programme, typically delivered across six to twelve weeks. Every programme includes a pre-start diagnostic conversation with your HR or L&D lead and a post-programme check-in.
The Away Experience

The Breathe, Love, Heal® Away Experience is a one or two-day offsite that runs the full programme in a single, uninterrupted setting — away from the noise of the working week and everything that goes with it.
This isn’t a team-building day with a wellness theme. It’s a genuine shared experience — the kind that creates trust and connection that no ice-breaker exercise can manufacture. Your team will spend the day doing real inner work together. They’ll return with a shared language, a clearer sense of what they each need, and the practical tools to act on it.
